Gabrielle's House and StillWaters Home
Gabrielle’s House and StillWaters Home are a subsidiary of Optimum Youth Services. Our homes are family-style group homes that serves males and females between 11-17 years of age. Our Therapeutic House Parents provide structured supervision of each girl around daily living and treatment activities.
A daily schedule is maintained to ensure residents receive optimal supervision and opportunities for treatment. This program promotes therapeutic and social skill development for each youth through counseling, routine household duties, skill acquisition, academics, sports and youth employment..
We provide Individual/group/family counseling, Recreational activities, cultural/educational groups, social skills training, anger management and independent living competency training, camping wilderness trips, local school guidance services, employment training assistance.

Our vision is to provide a family-structured home setting, endeavoring to change the lives of hurting youth through counseling, guidance, education, role modeling, and teaching a solid value system.
PURPOSE STATEMENT
Our purpose is to provide , intensive supervision, educating, and treatment for resident who require stabilization and services geared to their eventual return home or to a less restrictive environment.
OUR STRUCTURE
We are professionally staffed with a Chief Administrative Officer, Program Director, Clinician, Behavior Specialist , Academic Specialist and Therapeutic Parents. Our governing board of directors consists of caring volunteers of individuals in the profession of mental health.
Physical Environment
The group homes are large colonial homes located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Chesterfield. They are beautiful spacious homes where the youth can live comfortably and feel at home.
Sleeping areas are both private and shared based on age, personal preference, needs, and peer relationships. Our comfortable home-like environment mirror healthy family living closely.
